HTTrack is an easy to use offline browser utility. It allows you to download a site from the internet to a local directory, building recursively all directories, getting HTML, images, and other files from the server to your computer. HTTrack arranges the original site's relative link-structure. HTTrack is fully configurable, and has an integrated help system.
In short, you can copy a web page and all of its link. Later you can view it offline and can use the link as if you were viewing it online. Note that if you save a page that containing numerous of links, the processes maybe take a while. But of course you can configure its settings. Try it first, who know you'll like it?
